Founded in South Philadelphia in 1992, Primo Hoagies is as proud of its sandwiches and deli foods’ quality and authenticity as it is of its Italian heritage. As the chain expanded further across Pennsylvania and into new markets from New Jersey to Florida, Primo Hoagies wished to leverage its branded Italian-American culture more strategically in social media. Facebook offered its target audience the most effective exposure for daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal promotions and contests, as well as targeted eblasts and other digital channels.
